Local developer Danube Properties is planning to build a luxry residential building at Dubai Studio City.

The project, which will encompass 300 apartment units made up of studios, one, two and three bedroom properties, will be constructed in Dubai Studio City.

The units will range from 470 to 1,645 square feet in each eight level apartment block. The building will include a swimming pool, roof top golf course, children’s play area, leisure deck and a health club.

This will be the second real estate project for the recently-launched Danube Properties, which is a subsidiary of Danube Group.  

The first project is Dreamz by Danube, which will be a 175 luxury villas and townhouses being developed in the Al-Furjan community in the Jebel Ali area. That project will cost AED500m to develop and was sold out on the first day of the public sale in June this year.
