Saudi-headquartered real estate developer Dar Global has commenced construction on three projects, including Tierra Viva in Spain, Aida in Oman, and Les Vagues in Qatar.

These projects are set to strengthen the brand’s regional and global presence, Dar said.

The Tierra Viva residential complex comprises 53 villas and is inspired by the design of sports car brand Automobili Lamborghini.

Located within the locality of Benahavis, the Tierra Viva villas are planned to be constructed at different levels on the hills to offer a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Meanwhile, the Aida mixed-use urban development is located in the hilltops, 130m above the shores. It is being developed as a joint venture with Omran Group and is planned to be completed in 2026.

Lastly, the Les Vagues branded residential project in Qatar is planned to be completed in 2025.

ELIE SAAB is responsible for designing the interiors of the Les Vagues project.
