Biography: David Pocock leads a team of 80 staff in the UK, US and UAE, which includes specialists in asset management and life-cycle engineering of structural and pavement materials, working across infrastructure projects, property and industrial facilities.

He is now expanding this service around the Middle East and into Asia. He has more than 25 years’ experience in asset management and life-cycle engineering, having worked on a wide range of structures in the UK, Middle East, US and Australasia.

His involvement in Middle East projects began in 1989 and he was resident in the UAE from 1997 to 2005. One of his most recent projects was infrastructure asset management and life-cycle cost modelling for coastal developments in Dubai.
