Managing director of capital projects in the Middle East for Deloitte Corporate Finance Rizwan Shah told the MEED Arabian World Construction Summit that there are big and growing opportunities for the construction sector in Abu Dhabi.

“There are huge, huge opportunities coming,” Shah said. He said they include plans to invest $68 billion in transport, $20 billion in expanding airports and $30 billion for healthcare and education projects.

Shah was speaking ahead of a panel session about project trends in Abu Dhabi.
