The towers will be built at the Jumeirah Lake Towers development in Dubai

Dubai-based developer Ellington Properties has launched in partnership with Dubai Multicommodities Centre an AED1.2bn ($330m) high-rise residential project known as Upper House in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) in Dubai.

The mixed-use scheme will feature 754 units comprising studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, a 37m horizon pool, a fitness studio and a health club with a climbing wall, a yoga studio and a sky spa along with padel and basketball courts.

The residences will also include a movie theatre, a residential clubhouse, a record lounge, a podcast room, a skate park, a pet play area, a children’s splash pad and play areas and an outdoor barbeque space.

Dubai-founded design and architect firm Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has designed the project which is Ellington Properties’ first residential development in JLT.

The company is behind the schemes including Belgravia and Belgravia II, Belgravia Square, Belgravia Heights I, Eaton Place, Somerset Mews, and Harrington House, all located in Jumeirah Village Circle; DT1 in Downtown Dubai as well as Wilton Terraces, and Wilton Park Residences.

“We are excited to partner with DMCC to bring our signature high-quality residences to JLT. The vibrant neighbourhood will help to enhance the lifestyles of our Upper House residents, adding to our resort-like amenities and design-led homes,” said Ellington Properties’ co-founder Joseph Thomas. “Through this project, we will support the ambitions of DMCC to bolster JLT’s position as a destination for positive change.”

The development is due for completion by the beginning of 2026.
