Description: The Avenues in Kuwait is one of the largest retail and entertainment malls in the region. It was constructed in four phases and includes more than 850 stores as well as parking capacity for more than 8,500 vehicles. The Avenues blends tradition and modernity; the innovative architecture and retail concepts of open streets, set under an ethylene tetrafluoroethylene roof, set new standards of contemporary building in the Arab world. The patterns of First Avenue and Second Avenue reflect the natural forms of the region’s rock formations, desert sand dunes and sky. Third Avenue includes ‘Prestige’, which developers claim is the largest collection of luxury brands in the region.
