Dubai Airports has announced passenger traffic at Dubai International has climbed 13.2% in April to 4.23 million, compared with 3.74 million recorded during the same month in 2010. The rebound was partially attributed to the drop in traffic to and from Europe following the volcanic eruption in Iceland during April last year. Aircraft movements for the month rose 6.7% to 26,597, compared with 24,917 recorded during the same period last year.
