Dubai contractor wins Emaar work in Egypt

Construction contractors are for two projects in Cairo

ASGC has secured two construction contracts in Egypt for Emaar Misr.

The Dubai-based firm has been awarded contracts to build Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the new Uptown Cairo project Levana, and the Crescent project within Cairo’s Mivida development.

At Levana, ASGC’s contract includes the construction of 121 villas and townhouses with total built-up area of about 62,000 square metres, complete infrastructure works, landscaping, as well as utilities networks.

ASGC also started working on the Crescent development at Mividia. This project involves the construction of 13 fully-finished apartment buildings, in addition to private gardens and landscaping, and infrastructure.

ASGC was formerly known as Al-Shafar General Contracting.
