Mid-rise development will built in the Satwa area

Local developer Al-Fattan Properties has awarded the $150m main construction contract for three towers in Dubai.

The main construction contract, which was awarded to the local Ali Moosa and Sons Holding, will see the firm work on three towers in the Satwa area of Dubai, according to a company spokesperson.

The scheme involves building three towers that will include a hotel, and commercial and retail space. It is understood that the towers will have about 30 storeys each.

The architect is US-based AE7.

Work on the project has already started with delivery expected in mid-2019.

Al-Fattan is also building a new development at Dubai Marina, known as Al-Fattan Crystal Towers. The mixed-use project involves the construction of two high-rise towers with a total built-up area of about 150,000 square metres. The first tower will have 550 hotel rooms and the second will have 490 hotel units together with residential apartments. The operator of the hotel will be Turkey’s Rixos Hotels.
