Nakheel planning on building twin-tower project near Ibn Battuta Mall
Local developer Nakheel has launched a luxury residential project near Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai.
According to a company spokesperson on the sidelines of Dubais property exhibition show Cityscape on 6 September, the company is planning on developing a twin-tower project comprising 531 apartments.
The two 48-storey towers are expected to be completed by the final quarter of 2019.
Ibn Battuta Residences is Nakheels second project to be launched at Cityscape Dubai. The developer also unveiled plans for Palm 360 on Palm Jumeirah, another twin-tower hotel and residential scheme.
The 220-metre-tall towers will include two boutique hotels with a total of 110 rooms. There will also be 252 luxury one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments, and 12 four-bedroom penthouses.
The project is anticipated for delivery in mid-2020.
