The Dubai-based developer Memon Investments has launched a AED338m ($92m) residential tower project in Dubai Sports City.
To be called Frankfurt Sports Tower 1, it comprises a built-up area of 16,000 square metres, and includes 224 units, broken down into 140 studios, 56 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments.
The tower is the first in an anticipated series of towers under the Frankfurt brand to be launched in Dubai Sports City. Memon Investments has already launched the Champions Tower series, also in Dubai Sports City.
It is expected to be complete in 2011.
The tower is being designed by the local Al-Hatmy Design & Engineering Consultancy.
