Dubai Industrial City finishes land grading for phase II

Dubai Industrial City, a member of Tatweer Dubai, has announced that the grading work of its 167 million square feet Phase-II development has been completed ahead of schedule. Rashed Al Ansari, Vice-President of Dubai Industrial City, said 30 factories will be operating in DIC by the end of 2009, some of them located in the second phase of the project. The 560 million square feet Dubai Industrial City offers 2.8 million square feet of open storage yards, three million square feet of warehouses in addition to 64 showrooms, a labour village to accommodate 10,500 tenants, training programmes by Dubai Industrial Academy, as well as four office buildings that are fully operational.
