A bridge which was under construction at Dubai Marina has collapsed killing seven workers and injuring 15, according to local police.
There were more than 40 workers on the bridge when it collapsed. They were employees of Wade Adams Group, a contracting company based in the region.
Officials from Dubai’s Rashid Hospital said 15 workers had been admitted, including five who were seriously injured and had to be airlifted from the site of the accident.
