Abu Dhabi developer has a growing portfolio of regional and international projects

Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills is planning to develop a new resort in Oman, known as the Shatti Beach resort.

The scheme is understood to be at the early planning stage and consultancies are expected to be appointed by the end of this year.

Eagle Hills has developed a large portfolio of projects across the region over the past two years.

In the UAE emirate of Fujairah, the company is developing The Address Fujairah Resort & Spa. The project comprises a hotel, residential buildings and villas.

In Sharjah, Eagle Hills has formed a partnership with Dubai’s Emaar Properties and Sharjah Investment & Development Authority (Shurooq) to jointly establish Omran Properties, a new real estate development company in Sharjah.

In Bahrain, it is developing the Marassi al-Bahrain project, which is being developed with Diyar al-Muharraq.

In Morocco, Eagle Hills is developing the La Marina Morocco in Rabat.

The developer also has two schemes in Jordan: the Saraya Aqaba resort and the St Regis Amman.

Internationally, Eagle Hills has announced plans for projects in Serbia and Nigeria.
