The project, which will be called Marassi Boulevard, will be made up of four low-rise buildings
UAE developer Eagle Hills has announced a new scheme at its Marassi al-Bahrain community being developed in the Diyar al-Muharraq area.
The project, which will be called Marassi Boulevard, will be made up of four low-rise buildings, with 240 residential units and a retail area of approximately 180,000 square metres, according to a company statement.
The projects design work was completed by Kuwaits SSH, said the statement.
In December 2016, MEED reported that Bahrains Nass contracting was appointed to carry out the main building work on the Marassi Residences, another residential project within the masterplanned community.
The contract involves building an 875,000-square-metre residential development with 281 units.
