Dubai-based property developer has announced a new leadership team moving into 2015
Following the announcement on 22 December that Robert Booth would be stepping down as its real estate CEO, local developer Emaar Properties today announced new structural system for 2015.
The new structure includes:
- Amit Jain as Group Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Emaar Dubai
- Ahmed Al Falasi as Executive Director Group Operations
- Osama Sabboubeh as Executive Director Projects Dubai
- Rasha Hassan as Chief Commercial Officer
- Deepak Jain as Chief Strategy Officer
- Noel Madigan as head the Project Planning & Programming Department
- Khalid Dalil as head of the Customer Relationship Management Department
Fred Durie, formerly CEO of Emaar International, will continue to serve on the boards of Emaar joint ventures in Jordan and India. Robert Booth will also continue to work with the company in an advisory role to the Emaar Chairman.
Emaar has announced a number of new projects this year, such as the Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons, Dubai Hills Estate, the expansion of Arabian Ranches and The Opera District in Downtown Dubai.
