Construction deal involves building six towers
The local Emaar Properties has awarded the local Al-Basti & Muktha (ABM) a contract to build its Dubai Creek Residences development in Dubai.
Located in Dubai Creek Harbour, the project involves the construction of six residential towers that form part of The Island District. Emaar received offers last year. The project is scheduled for handover in 2018.
MEED reported on 12 January that Emaar had appointed UK-based Faithful+Gould as the programme manager for the Dubai Creek Harbour development.

The project was launched by Emaar and another local developer, Dubai Holding, in October 2014. The two companies signed a joint venture agreement to develop the site in 2013.
