
Emaar extends tender for residential project in Dubai
Local developer Emaar Properties has extended the deadline for contractors to submit bids for the contract to build The Hills development in Dubai till 16 February
The original deadline was 19th January.
The project, which was launched in 2013, is a collection of residential and hospitality towers located off Sheikh Zayed road overlooking Emirates Golf Club, in close proximity to Emaar Business Park, Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina.
The estimated AED1bn ($272m) construction contract involves building a common podium with six towers. There will be four residential towers and two serviced apartments and hotels managed by Vida Hotels.
The local Dar is the design consultant for the project.
