Local developer Emaar Properties has invited contractors to bid by 20 April for the contract to build the Boulevard Point tower in its Downtown district in Dubai.
Located next to Emaars under-construction Address Residence Fountain Views development, the Boulevard Point project involves building a 63-storey residential tower with 297 one-, two-, and three-bedrooms apartments overlooking Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. Amenities include swimming pools, a dedicated childrens area, a fully equipped gymnasium and a barbeque deck.
Emaar awarded the estimated AED3bn ($817m) contract for the construction of the adjacent Fountain Views development last year to Lebanons Arabian Construction Company (ACC). That project involves building three towers including a 220-metre-tall, 60-storey, 280-unit luxury residential tower looking out to Burj Khalifa, the worlds tallest building, and The Dubai Fountain.
