Emirates Central Cooling Corporation (Empower) has signed a contract with Allied Consultants for the supply of 53,000 refrigeration tonnes (RT) of district cooling services to the Tijara Town development. Empower will be responsible for the Tijara Town district cooling plant, while Allied Consultants will carry out the design and supervision of the seven-kilometre chilled water distribution piping network.
