Biography: Faysal Mohammed Al-Rasheed is the Advisor and Director of Investments and Industrial Clusters at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Saudi Arabia. He graduated with a B.S in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona and moved on to complete the Executive Master of Business Administration at Geneva, Switzerland. He has a rich and diverse experience spanning more than 23 years at the Royal Commission. He has held various positions such as Industry Coordinator, Industry Supervisor and Director for Community Affairs and Operations and Maintenance.

His areas of expertise include petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, metals and minerals, oil and gas. As the Director of Investment Affairs and Industrial Clusters, he is responsible for promoting the industrial cities of Jubail, Yanbu and Ras Al Khair and attracting a host of foreign and domestic investors to these cities. He particularly specializes in Industrial and Commercial Investment Promotion, Project Management and Engineering, Master Planning, Project Budgeting, Infrastructure Planning and Scheduling, Administration of Contracts, Operations and Maintenance. He is a member of Saudi Council of Engineers.
