Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) and China Telecom have signed a partnership agreement to enhance IP VPN connectivity for customers from the UAE and China. Under the agreement, China Telecom will be setting up their node in UAE, which will enable customers to connect to China through Etisalat's backbone network.
