Etisalat has unveiled a new service which allows customers to safeguard their mobile data and conveniently retrieve it in case of theft, accidental loss or damage to their mobile phones. The new Mobile Back-up service allows customers to save their personal data, such as contacts, calendars, messages, photos, videos, music and ringtones on Etisalat’s mobile back-up system. Customers can also lock or wipe out the information on their mobile phones, in case of theft or loss and can re-load it to their new or replaced mobile phones, depending on the compatibility of the mobile handset.
