Adnoc Refining has invited firms to bid for the estimated $3m-$4m front-end engineering and design (feed) contract for a new crude-receiving terminal at Abu Dhabi’s Ruwais downstream complex.
The deadline for technical bids is 9 October, while commercial bids are due on 30 October.
Up to 12 engineering firms have now been invited by Adnoc Refining to bid for the feed work, including:
- WorleyParsons (Australia)

The project involves building a jetty and associated facilities for Adnoc Refining to receive crude oil from other locations, with the feedstock to be processed at the Ruwais refinery.
