The local Pivot Engineering & General Contracting Company is the low bidder at AED 96 million ($26.3 million) for the third package on the Al-Raha beach development project.

Twelve contractors submitted rebids by the 15 October deadline. The client, Abu Dhabi's Works Department, called for the submission of fresh prices after changes were made to the designs for the scheme (MEED 21:9:01).
