Gulf Projects 19 April 2010: Index up 2.4 per cent

The MEED Projects index increased by 2.4 per cent in the week to 19 April.

Bahrain and Iraq both witnessed large increases in deal volume. The total value of projects on hold is now over $652bn and the index is down 8 per cent on the previous year.
