For the first time in three weeks, the MEED Projects index rose in value in the week ending 22 May, increasing by 1.8 per cent to $2.18 trillion.
All eight Gulf states covered by the project tracker registered an increase in the value of schemes planned or under way, with Kuwait and Bahrain experiencing the highest growth, at 4 per cent and 3.6 per cent respectively.
Year on year, the MEED Projects index is up 49 per cent.
