The joint venture between US-based Hill International and Egypt’s Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG) has been awarded contracts to manage nine projects with a total construction value of $3.8bn for TMG.
In Cairo the projects include work on the Madinaty Open Air Mall, the Madinaty Four Seasons Golf Resort, the Madinaty 45-hole golf course, the Nile Hotel, and the TMG offices and Hotel.
Elsewhere in Egypt there is the Luxor Four Seasons hotel, the expansion of the existing Sharm el-Sheikh Four Seasons Hotel and the Marsa Allam resort.
In Saudi Arabia the joint venture will manage the Nessamat el-Rihab residential development in Riyadh.
