US-based Hill International has been awarded three contracts to provide project management services on three major projects for local developer the Real Estate Services Group.
The first, known as the Lusail Mix 11 project, is a QR550m ($150m) development that comprises a 30-floor, five-star hotel with a total built-up area of approximately 73,600 square metres.
Construction is expected to be completed by February 2012.
The second is the QR600m Shemoukh Twin Towers, which will consist of two 22-floor towers with a total built-up area of 107,000 square metres.
Construction is expected to be completed by February 2011.
The final project is the Mashoor Tower, which is a 29-floor office tower in the Marina District of Doha.
Construction is expected to be completed by April 2010.
