
The first, known as the Lusail Mix 11 project, is a QR550m ($150m) development that comprises a 30-floor, five-star hotel with a total built-up area of approximately 73,600 square metres.
Construction is expected to be completed by February 2012.
The second is the QR600m Shemoukh Twin Towers, which will consist of two 22-floor towers with a total built-up area of 107,000 square metres.
Construction is expected to be completed by February 2011.
The final project is the Mashoor Tower, which is a 29-floor office tower in the Marina District of Doha.
Construction is expected to be completed by April 2010.
