
Mixed-use project will have direct access to the beach
US-based Hill International has been awarded a contract by Al-Fouad Group to provide project management services on its Helios Towers project in Abu Dhabi.
Hill says the four-year project management deal has an estimated value of AED14.1m ($3.8m).
The mixed-use development involves the construction of two towers a 62-storey residential tower and a 46-storey commercial office tower.
Altogether, the development will have 620 residential units, about 53,000 square metres of offices, 5,600 sq m of retail, and 1,800 parking spaces.
It will also have swimming pools, a health club and spa, a gymnasium and residents club, and direct access to the beach.
