Francesco Serafini, Hewlett-Packard's Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has denied reports that it is planning to sell Injazat Data Systems, the UAE's largest technology outsourcer, the National has reported. Injazat Data Systems remains an important joint venture for HP, he said. Injazat was established as a joint venture between HP-owned US consultancy EDS and Mubadala Development, an investment arm of the Abu Dhabi Government.
