Huawei Middle East and North Africa has announced the launch of three new Android-based smartphones in Egypt. The new handsets include the IDEOS, an affordable smartphone developed in cooperation with Google, in addition to two other Android devices, namely the U8100 and the S7. The IDEOS comes pre-installed with Android 2.2 and can achieve downlink speeds of more than 7.2Mb/s.
