IDF kills three Palestinians

22 October 2003
The Israeli Defence Force (IDF) on 21 October killed two Palestinians who they claim were senior militants. High-ranking Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade member, Abdel Hadi Natche of Hebron, and the commander of the military arm of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Qalqilyah - for whom no name was given - were shot dead while trying to flee detention, reported local radio.

In a separate incident, the IDF killed one Palestinian in a raid on Ramallah in the West Bank. The IDF was targeting a mosque in the town where suspected militants were hiding, said eyewitnesses (MEED 21:10:03).
