India’s Larsen & Toubro has been awarded the $110m contract to build a residential development in Muscat.
The 21-month contract involves the construction of 80 villas, 25 three-storey apartment buildings, and associated infrastructure at Muscat Golf Course close to Seeb International Airport.
The consultant is Denmark’s Cowi. The client is the local Muscat Golf Course Project.
