The ADX General Index climbed 0.75% to finish at 2,807.50. Shares of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company posted the largest gain (up 9.72% at Dhs3.50). After losing slightly from its 2010-high at Dhs1.55, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, also known as Taqa, rebuonded 0.66% to finish at Dhs1.53. Over the third week of October the ADX added 1.77%.
