The project covers an area of 155,000 square metres. The building works involve a basement floor, a 40-floor hotel tower, a 35-floor serviced apartments tower, and associated facilities and landscaping. The total-built-up area is 198,000 square metres.

The hotel will have about 750 rooms and the serviced apartments tower will have 200 units. Completion is expected by the end of 2010.

The UK’s EC Harris is the project manager. The local Dewan Architects & Engineers is the consultant (MEED 5:8:05).
