Local developer Damac Properties has awarded Sharjah-based Intermass Engineering & Contracting Company the AED805m ($219m) contract to build the Lakeside development at the International Media production Zone (IMPZ).
The works involve the construction of four towers, two with 21 storeys and two with 22 levels. Completion is expected by December 2010. The local ARKonsult is the consultant.
Lakeside project is Damac Properties’ third project in IMPZ. It also has the Crescent and Lago Vista, both of which are being built by Intermass (MEED 5:5:07).
