Iraq Reconstruction Update, 15 July 2003, London

Middle East Economic Digest and New Civil Engineer magazine are working together on a one-day conference in London on 15 July. The aim of the event is to provide a forum to deliver the latest position on Iraqi reconstruction. The conference will focus on the next stage of funding as well as some of the practical issues that will need to be addressed in order to prepare to do business in Iraq, including legal frameworks, risk management and insurance.
