Iraqi Airways has resumed its flights from Baghdad to Doha, Qatar after 18 years, AFP has reported. Iraq's national carrier plans two flights a week initially to Qatar, one from Baghdad and the other from Najaf. Iraqi Airways was grounded by the international embargo following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990.
