Jaz Hotels is to open a new five-star hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh. Egyptian hospitality firm, Jaz Hotels, Resorts and Cruises has said its newest property in the resort of Sharm El Sheikh is due to open in October 2010. The five-star Iberotel IL Mercato will have 286 guest rooms, a luxury spa, four swimming pools, water sports and diving centres, a variety of restaurants, fully equipped meeting and conference facilities, and wireless internet. Iberotel IL Mercato is a five star hotel designed by Italian architect, Daniele Morelli.
