The Riyadh-based investment subsidiary of JP Morgan will start operations by the end of 2007.
The firm established a branch office in the kingdom in 2006. The wholly owned subsidiary will offer advice on mergers and acquisition deals, capital raising and asset management services. The company is also expanding its office in the Dubai International Financial Centre, which it opened in 2006.
