The Lebanese engineering group has been selected by the Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) to design the 300,000 square metre development in downtown Ramallah. The project is set to include residential and commercial sectors, as well as a boutique hotel.
In December last year, the PIF signed a memorandum of understanding to work on the project with the Land Holding Company, a subsidiary of Al-Rajhi Group from Saudi Arabia.
