Kingdom Holding Co, the investment company owned by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, acquired a 30% stake in National Air Services of Saudi Arabia from Dubai-based Abraaj Capital. Abraaj's Saudi investors earned a 52% internal rate of return over two years on the stake, the Dubai firm said in a statement.
