South Korea’s STX Group has been awarded a $180m contract to build a residential development in Abu Dhabi.
Located in the Mussafah area of Abu Dhabi, the project involves the construction of 65 residential buildings, with completion scheduled for the end of 2009. The site covers an area of 168,800 square metres.
Tasameem is also planning a major residential community on the island of Umlifaina close to Abu Dhabi island (MEED 29:6:08).
