Kuwait budget spending expected around $78.8bn, up 13%

Adnan Abdulsamad, chairman Kuwait's parliamentary budget committee has said the country's state budget for the 2012-2013 fiscal year is seen at around KD22bn ($78.8bn), up 13% over the previous year, Al-Watan has reported. The estimate assumes oil revenue of around KD12.8bn, he said.
