Refinery negotiations reach critical point as state oil firm holds talks with contractors
Kuwaits Al-Zour refinery project is at a critical stage in its development with state-owned downstream operator Kuwait National Petroleum Company due to hold talks with contractors next week. Concerns stem from the bid pricing for the projects six unawarded packages, all of which have come in over budget, says Wil Crisp.
