Kuwaits Public Authority for Housing Welfare invites private firms to submit interest for five real estate schemes
Kuwaits Public Authority for Housing Welfare has invited investors to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for five developments in the Jaber al-Ahmad and Sabah al-Ahmad areas.
The schemes are set to be developed under the countrys PPP law and the regulations of the Ministry of Housing and the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP).
Private developers have been asked to submit their interest by 30 March.
The projects include:
Jaber al-Ahmad Residential City
- A mixed-use residential and retail area
- A business centre and retail area
- A mixed-use residential area and a mall
Sabah al-Ahmad Residential City
- A mixed-use residential area with a commercial centre
- A industrial and storage development
The EOI notice states that private developers will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, operation, management and maintenance of the developments.
