

State-owned upstream operator Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to the local Arabi Enertech.
Under the terms of the contract, Arabi Enertech will upgrade the gas and condensate network in east Kuwait.
The contract is worth $93m, and its scope includes installing, replacing and rerouting gas and condensate lines.
It also includes the installation of pigging facilities, and fire and gas detection systems at manifolds.
