Kuwait Oil Company invites firms to bid for pipeline contract

The Kuwait Oil Company has prequalified ten local contractors for the construction of a crude oil flow pipeline.

The contract covers the construction of the pipeline and associated works, and will be located in the north of the country.

The ten firms are: Al-Khadda International General Trading & Contracting Company, Al-Dar Engineering & Construction Company, Heavy Engineering Industries & Shipbuilding Company, Combined Group Company, Al-Meer Technical Services Company, Arabi Energy & Technology Company, Mohammed Abdulmohsin al-Kharafi & Sons General Trading & Contracting Company, Mushrif Trading & Contracting Company, Kharafi National Company, and Athens-based Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC).

A pre-tender meeting will be held on 17 November with the deadline for bids on 23 December.
