Description: Local architecture, planning and engineering consultancy Pace was assigned to undertake the structural renovation of Kuwaits landmark Grand Mosque. The mosque is located at the heart of Kuwait City, overlooking the blue waters of the Gulf. It stands not only as an architectural marvel and a spectacular Islamic edifice, but also as a distinctive religious and cultural institution, used for worship, tourism and imparting Islamic knowledge. The Grand Mosque symbolises the countrys social and educational leadership within the region.
